How FieldSpot handles your information, transparently.

## Commitments

- **Data Processor:** We act as a data processor for customer data. Your field data stays under your control.
- **No Data Sales:** We do not sell personal information. Period.
- **AI Transparency:** We do not use customer data to train AI models without explicit consent.
- **Location Privacy:** Location data is handled as sensitive personal data with appropriate safeguards under applicable privacy law.

For our own website and marketing, we act as data controller and handle visitor data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.fieldspot.ai/#privacy).
